Aiming for “precision processes and zero defects,” the industry has implemented ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems. Rigorous quality inspection and traceability mechanisms are established from R&D and raw materials through processing to shipment, ensuring uniform optical-film thickness, stable spectral characteristics, and product reliability that meets international standards. In parallel, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) are enforced, strengthening supplier quality auditing and customer-complaint feedback systems to enhance customer satisfaction and brand trust.
